“Living Democracy”: Promoting Democracy and Human Rights Through Education

“The Living Democracy” is a unique educational resource available in multiple languages, dedicated to promoting democracy and human rights at no cost to users. Developed by educators from various countries, these materials are endorsed by national authorities and the Council of Europe.

The website’s educational approach emphasizes that Education for Democracy and Human Rights empowers students to play active roles in school and community life, supports educators and school leaders, and offers guidance to parents in their daily interactions with children.

HUT Creative Studio’s Contribution

HUT Creative Studio was entrusted with creating all illustrations, designing chapter layouts, and adapting the content into 16 languages (as of 2023). The project is set to be featured by each country’s Ministry of Education, directly reaching schools.
